Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc is a designated Community Action Agency (CAA) serving all of Maui County.

MEO serves kieki to kapuna with program services, such as:

• Transportation,

• Early Childhood Services (Head Start),

• Business Development Center (entrepreneur training and small business assistance),

• Community Services (employment and job training, rental assistance, senior clubs, national farmworker program), and

• Youth Services
