Órale Taco is a family-run food truck serving bold, authentic Mexican flavors in the heart of Hana, Maui.

Founded by Daniel Lopez, a chef and musician who’s roots trace back to Chihuahua, Mexico, Órale was originally based in Lahaina—but after losing our home and most of our belongings in the fires, we were offered a second chance in Hana. With recipes passed down from Daniel’s grandmother, Mercedes Montes, every dish is cooked with love, culture, and a whole lot of heart. From tacos and house-made salsas to creamy horchata, Órale is more than a meal—it’s a story of roots, resilience, and flavor.
